Arlon den Teuling and Art Mashanin started PhaseOne AI to focus on the boring parts of AI.

Arlon den Teuling, former CEO of Skåne Startups and co-lead of Southern Sweden's largest AI community. He brings over a decade of experience in tech and innovation systems. He's seen every version of AI hype—and built the muscle to know what's real.

Art Mashanin scaled software from 0 to 350,000 users across 50 countries, with past experiences as senior full-stack at Microsoft and Pipedrive. He knows how to turn complexity into systems that actually work—and scale.

Then Abhay joined. An AI veteran who was working with models long before ChatGPT went mainstream. After working in companies like Munters, studying at KTH and having a startups, he now focuses on one thing: Solving concrete problems at scale.
