The Story

Before

Drivers returned with stacks of signed delivery receipts every day. A team of three people spent their entire shift typing information from paper into the system — customer names, addresses, signature confirmations, delivery times. Handwriting was often illegible. Customs documents arrived in different formats and languages. Errors crept in from typos and misreads. The backlog grew whenever someone was sick or on vacation.

Documents are now scanned and processed automatically within seconds. The AI reads handwritten signatures, printed text, stamps, and checkboxes alike. We didn't build a rigid template system. The AI understands document structure, not just fixed field positions. New form variations work automatically.
